Heart-centered therapy for individuals, couples, and families

Counseling services at CLCC include, but are not limited to, treatments to address depression, communication problems, trauma, anxiety, stress, anger, divorce, relationship struggles, family issues, and self-esteem.

In particular, Dr. Christine Cearfoss has received extensive training in her specialties of anger management and parenting support. However, with nearly 20 years of counseling experience, she is able to help with any issue you may be experiencing.

All services we provide are available to children, teens, adults, and families.

Dr. Christine is also a “Master Trainer” of Aggression Replacement Training (ART). She has been training ART for over 13 years. Dr. Christine is available for speaking engagements and for corporate consulting on the topic of anger. Dr. Christine is also available to provide training to your agency staff members on ART. This will afford them the ability to obtain certification as facilitators of Aggression Replacement Training (ART) and to offer ART services to your agency’s clients.

Anger Management

At CLCC, we adhere to the standard practice of Aggression Replacement Therapy.
With this practice, clients learn to identify triggers to their anger, practice coping strategies, and explore the deeper core issues that surface as “anger” when provoked.

Parenting Support

By utilizing the Breakthrough Parenting Curriculum, parents may improve their ability to produce increased harmony in their home, decrease arguments with their children, and expand their children’s compliance for following directions.

Self-Empowerment

Eliminate depression, anxieties, and fears while discovering your inner strengths. CLCC assists individuals, couples, adolescents, and those in the LGBT community to gain self-empowerment through fully loving and accepting themselves.
