What are Affirmations?

Affirmations are statements made in a positive voice to declare to the universe that which you will attend to in your life. Since we always see what we are looking for, affirmations help us to know where to look. They normally start with “I will” or “I am”. They don’ t have to, however. They just have to be strong. The language of affirmations declares a plan for success and demands it. For example, “I will try” means I may or I may not. “I will succeed today” means I will create and acknowledge successes throughout my day. The awareness of my many successes will create confidence and satisfaction, as well as improved mental well-being. If you don’t believe me, try them for yourself. Or better yet… “You will use affirmations and find them to be helpful”.
